Hidden Figures

Welcome back to Big Flick Energy! I wanted to pump out one more episode before Black History Month was over! And it just so happens this is also the perfect film to bring us into Women's History Month!
Today I'm covering Hidden Figures (2016) which was directed by Theodore Melfi and is based off the book Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race by Margot Lee Shutterly. It's a true story highlighting the black women at NASA who aided the United States in the space race in the 1960s!
